1. Subscription-Based Services (1, 2, 3 & 5 Years) Subscriptions include unlimited claims assessment, document reviews, and expert consultation during the active subscription period.

⛔ Non-Refundable Once Activated Once your subscription is activated and services have commenced (i.e., claim review, consultation, or document assistance initiated), no refund will be issued, regardless of usage frequency during the subscription term.

✅ Refund Eligibility (Before First Use) You may request a full refund within 5 calendar days of purchase only if:

(a). No service has been rendered (no case review, document access, or consultation initiated).

(b). The refund request is submitted in writing to care@pettyclaims.com.

2. Standalone or One-Time Services (e.g., Demand Letter Drafting, Rebuttal Handling) These are paid individually and tailored specifically to each client and case.

⛔ Non-Refundable After Work Begins Once we begin working on your request — such as research, drafting, or client communication — the service is considered non-refundable, as the time and expertise have already been committed.

✅ Partial Refund (Only if Work Hasn't Started) If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and before we have started working on your file, you may be eligible for up to a 75% refund (25% covers administrative fees and reserved expert time).

3. Country-Specific Pricing & Taxes All pricing and refunds are based on the currency and applicable taxation of the client’s country, as listed on our website. Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency, subject to exchange rate differences and gateway processing fees (e.g., PayPal/Stripe deductions).

4. Refund Processing Time Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
